Alejandro’s place was perfect! So much space with all of the bedrooms. They were always responsive and available for any help we needed with security/the gate for the neighborhood. We had to book last minute after having issues with another place and they accepted us quickly! I would recommend or stay again. The master bedroom is gorgeous! It is very new a lot of drivers could not find the place on their GPS. We spent a few times walking through the neighborhood finding people. But wouldn’t change our stay because of this!
Alejandro was a great host. He accommodated all guest requests, was very responsive and helpful. The Villa was amazing, beautiful and very spacious. If I were to travel to Cancun again, I would want to stay here again.
10/10 bnb and host. The host let me check in at an earlier time since my plane landed a little early. Both the host and co hosts respond back in a respected timely matter. Helped me and my guests feel a little safer since our trip was during the time everything with the cartel was going on. I would most definitely book this home again because I do plan on coming back to Cancun when everything settles down
This is the first time I've found a place to stay in Cancun that's worth the money and a pleasure to spend time in. Alejandro is a wonderful landlord who has put his heart and soul into his home, ensuring everyone feels comfortable. He's thought of every detail to ensure everything is perfect. All the necessary appliances are included, and the house and its rooms are beautifully designed. The master bedroom is fantastic with a huge jacuzzi. The heated pool is just what you need when winter comes and the pools in this city are very cold. You can swim here 24/7. I'm grateful to Alejandro for the opportunity to feel at home during my vacation and for his efforts in providing the best accommodations in Cancun.

Gated community has a speed limit of 25km/h there are radars, in case of exceeding it there is a fine of $50USD for each occasion 2. The house must be treated with respect, any damage to the property must be covered by the guest 3. The number of people in the reservation must match with the maximum number of people that will be in the property, no extra guests 4. No parties or events are allowed 5. The use of drugs is prohibited by the mexican authorities. 6. Smoking only allowed on the outdoors In case of breaking any of the rules, you will be subject to being evicted from the property with no refund or being consigned to the corresponding authorities.
